CADC Tokens distributed under the Prospectus are issued on new contracts. The description of CADC Tokens in the Prospectus does not apply to CADC Tokens issued before the date of the Prospectus. (Read the Prospectus here: https://blog.loon.finance/cadc-is-now-distributed-under-a-final-prospectus)
If you are holding CADC you bought before October 22, 2026, you are holding legacy CADC. It needs to be exchanged for upgraded CADC.
Two options.
1. Exchange legacy CADC for new CADC at a 1-to-1 rate using the migration tool at migrate.loon.finance
2. Redeem legacy CADC for Canadian dollars through the Paytrie Platform at www.paytrie.com.
The migration window closes on November 26, 2026.
1. Go to migrate.loon.finance
2. Connect your wallet and select the network holding your legacy CADC. You cannot migrate across networks, so repeat these steps on each network where you hold CADC.
3. Enter an amount, or select the maximum for your full balance.
4. Approve the spending cap. This is a standard token permission and is a separate wallet transaction.
5. Confirm the migration. Your legacy CADC goes to the migration contract and the same amount of new CADC is returned to your wallet.
Loon charges nothing for the exchange and the rate is 1-to-1. Your wallet will still charge network gas for both transactions.

Your CADC is in a liquidity pool. Withdraw from the pool first, then migrate.
Your CADC is on Arbitrum. CADC support for Arbitrum is paused for the foreseeable future. If you hold legacy CADC on Arbitrum, contact migration@loon.finance and we will help you migrate.
You use CADC in a smart contract or integration. Contact migration@loon.finance and we will work through it with you.
Loon will never ask for your seed phrase, private key or recovery phrase. Loon will never send you a migration link by direct message. The only migration site is the one linked from loon.finance.
